  2. BCMA Initial BCMA Implementation • UWMC Implementation: 2/19/2014 • HMC Implementation 3/5/2014 Phase 2: • Additional inpatient units, oncology units and peri-op areas • Implements 8/20/2014 Phase3: • Procedure areas, rehab, and infusion suite • Implements 12/10/2014

  3. Epic care implementation in clinics Big bang implementation on 5/20/2014 Implementation support in progress

  4. Patient Friendly Discharge Redesign of discharge documentation and patient discharge report Interdisciplinary team from UWMC and HMC evaluated all discharge documentation and updated. A patient advisor also participated on the team. This will be implemented on 6/10/2014

  5. Meaningful use Stage 1 attestation 7/1/2013-10/1/2013 Krames and suggested education implemented 4/23/2014 Online Hospital Medical Record(inpatient portal) will implement on 6/10/2014 Stage 1 2014 attestation planned for 7/1/2014 Stage 2: attestation planned for 10/1/2014

  6. Interoperability project Epic and Cerner are currently working with UW Medicine to complete an interoperability project. This project will include sharing information on: • Problems • Allergies • Medication List • Immunizations Planned implementation 11/10/2014

  7. Oncology CPOE Currently completing design on two oncology CPOE projects • SCCA Amb CPOE project • UWMC Oncology Infusion CPOE project Both projects implement on 10/1/2014
