  10. 12 Month Target Plan • EXACT/TELIS • Generally schedules two releases per year based on ATIS direction • Only one release planned by ATIS for 2000 in November • Additional information on ATIS and releases can be found at WWW.ATIS.ORG • HEET • Two releases are targeted for 2nd and 3rd quarter 2000 • Content of the releases are currently being evaluated • Product Database for Co-Providers • Currently evaluating potential changes for 2000 • Will schedule releases when requirements are complete

  11. 12 Month Target Plan Continued • Wholesale Billing Interface Schedule • IABS targeting releases every 6 to 8 weeks dependent upon release scope • CRIS is targeting monthly releases in 2000, with the exception of January, April, July, and October

  12. Review CICMP for Process Improvement • Clarify categories of CRs for appropriate user prioritization participation • GUI, EDI, and Common • Discuss prioritization matrix to facilitate process • Discuss Draft CICMP-Escalation document (See Attachment A) • Discuss Sprint Provided Change Management Leading Practices (See Attachment B) • etc.
