Interpretation of Data • Data was adjusted for assumed answers: • Example: deployed some VoIP implies technical trials and talked to vendors. • Summarized essay questions as much as possible and probably too much in some cases. • Please check the interpretations - let me know what needs to be fixed before we publish the results.

  3. Demographic Information • Most respondents were medium to large schools. • Students: Max: 60,000, Min: 1,100, Mean: 24,000 • Telco: Max: 35,000, Min: 1,200, Mean: 14,000 • Data: Max: 100,000, Min: 2,000, Mean: 23,000 • Most were R-1
