Crown Actions • Built inventory targets by BU • Focusing on CX 6/12/18/24 up to 40 days • Supply Chain to ID gaps by MDM • Send spreadsheet to VP/BUOM for feedback • Supply Chain to reach out to distribs to ask for additional orders • CC to MDM/GM • Provide update on 1/31 to review orders and next steps

Distributor Actions Crown Actions • Place orders on time • Case goods • Kegs • Carry recommended inventory • Review orders and inventory weekly • Monitor Crown warehouse inventory levels • Manage brewery shipments to optimize inventory by location • Review distributor inventories and make recommendation to increase orders on key packages
