  2. .Bhutan is the only country that has highest percentage of its population forcibly exiled to live as refugees. Bhutan is the only country in the world receiving the highest percentage per-capita international grant aid.

The controversy is that there are less Buddhist people than accounted, and more Hindu people being unaccounted in the population projections.

  5. Bhutan is demographically divided in to three ethnic zones, West, East and South. Sharchop, the indegenious, lives in 7 Eeastern districts. Ruling elites NGALONGS lives in 7 Western districts. Hindu Lhotshampa lives in 6 Sothern districts. Exiled Lhotshampas lives in UNHCR Nepal

  6. With the fact that Bhutanese regime has forcibly exiled about 130,000 minority Lhotshampa citizens who are now stranded in UHNCR refugee camps in Nepal, the composition appears as follows:

Given that the government do not account the exiled Bhutanese Lhotshampas as its citizens, and the fact that there are two sects of Bhuddhism while Western Ngalongs being the elite, all of their composition in Bhutan appears as follows. There are more Lhotshampas in Bhutan than mentioned by the government here, thus they are prone to forcible exile.
