  5. The Standards – Housing Apprenticeships Housing / Property Management Assistant Level 2 ‘Assistant’ Housing / Property Management Officer Level 3 ‘Officer’ Senior Housing / Property Management Officer Level 4 ‘Senior’ Degree Apprenticeship????? Knowledge Skills Behaviours

Level 2 ‘Assistant’ Programme • Timescale 12-18 months • Formative assessment Stage: Employer & Training Provider • Regulated qualification or assessment of knowledge • L1 English and Maths • Portfolio • Case Study THE GATEWAY • Summative assessment stage: End Point Assessment • Panel Interview • Final assessment of case study & portfolio

Level 3 ‘Officer’ & L4 ‘Senior’ Programme details • Timescale 18-24 months • Formative assessment Stage: Employer & Training Provider • Regulated qualification or assessment of knowledge • L2 English and Maths • Portfolio • Project THE GATEWAY • Summative assessment stage: End Point Assessment • Panel Interview • Final assessment of project

Level 2 • New Apprentices • Any age any levels • New starts - as part of Induction Training programme • Contact Centre Staff • Front line Staff • Housing • Introduction to Housing • Customer Service • Communication Skills • Equality and Diversity • Tenants and Residents training • Transfer 10% annual funds to other employers

  9. Level 3 • Upskilling Staff • Admin / Support team • New employees • Housing Officers • Organisational re-alignment • Officers requiring increased autonomy • Housing specialist • Specialist functions • Decision making

  10. Level 4 • Succession Planning • Senior Operational Managers • Leadership Use either CIH L4 or CIH L5 (L5 leads to Charter Member status)
