  2. David Alessi (Lawyer) earned his bachelor's degree in 1990 from Cal Poly Pomona and his law degree in 1998 from the University of La Verne. David Alessi began his career in the HOA market as a Community Manager (CAM) with Real Support Management in Malibu, CA, from 1999 to 2001.

  3. In 2001, David Alessi (Las Vegas) founded the Alessi Trustee Corporation (ATC). Within three years, he had grown it to become the largest HOA assessment collection trustee company in the entire state of Nevada.

  4. David Alessi (Lawyer) manages a wide caseload and challenging conditions. He gives excellent customer service calmly and professionally. He is an expert in business unit operations, products, policies, and industry relations.

  5. David Alessi (Las Vegas) founded Alessi & Koenig in 2004, quickly becoming the largest HOA assessment collection law firm in the state. He testified as an expert witness before the Commission on Common Interest Communities (CCIC).
