  5. Perkins -- no district carry-over • Unspent Perkins funds from previous year are returned to state • Funds allocated to districts based on same formula as annual grants Why a reallocation?

Download Reallocation Application Form(http://www.eed.alaska.gov/forms/CTE/05-10-058b.docx) • Complete required information – including District Plan for Improvement if necessary • Complete budget revision (start with currently-approved Perkins budget spreadsheet) • Submit all information electronically to EED CTE office • Obtain EED CTE approval • Use Perkins funds!
