  1. Welcome to DATASYST Engineering & Testing Services, Inc.

  2. Strain and Stress Testing An excessive amount of stress applied to a product can lead to premature failures at given location or time. DATASYST can assist in determining where those stresses are through strain and stress testing so that you can evaluate and improve your product design.

  3. Strain and Stress Testing Stress testing and analysis is used to identify the fundamental stresses of a component. The testing process may include the application of brittle coating to identify stress locations. Strain gages, small, bondable sensors, are applied to the recognized locations. Static and/or dynamic loads are applied to the component to determine material strain. Loads can be applied to a component to simulate actual applications. Data is collected and analyzed and is the basis for fatigue evaluations and failure analysis.

  4. Strain and Stress Testing DATASYST has the ability to perform testing in a controlled laboratory environment or in-field application. Data acquisition is performed using PC-based recording systems with multi-channel capabilities. Sensors are chosen for each unique application and can be custom designed.

  5. Strain and Stress Testing Contact DATASYST for individual industry specifications or to discuss customized testing requirements. S14 W33511 Highway 18, Delafield, WI 53018 Phone: 262-968-4003Fax: 262-968-3050Toll-Free: 800-969-4050 http://www.datasysttest.com/
