Builds relationships with business education teachers in Indiana High Schools . • Did not create department brochure but focused on curriculum development instead.

SCOB Support • Marketing and Operations (MO) • Brought Marketing major online • Recruited more student to Operations and Supply Chain. 7 students in 2007 …53 in 2014. • Progress on marketing curriculum revision • Record # of OSCM majors in internships (14). • Started the Center for Supply Management Research (CSMR) • Plans for developing a mentoring program stalled

SCOB Support • SCOB Student Success Funding • Hired Kaitlin Diel as Assistant Director • Meis “Cube” stakeholder reports regarding Meis participation, student accountability, and other information used in assessment. • Developed workshops and sessions mapped to college learning goals through Banner • Input student participation data that appears on student co-curricular record. • Engaged faculty to participate in providing speakers and subject matter ideas for future programming • Developed strategies to provide online students with the same Meis content as face-to-face students.

  11. SCOB Support • New SCOB Early Warning System will monitor freshmen engagement. Results shared with instructor and University College. • Course Activity: Time spent in Blackboard (homework, test, discussion) • Grade: Students who score above or below the defined threshold for a specific grade item trigger an alert. • Course Access: low access triggers an alert. • Missed Deadlines: missed due date triggers an alert.

  12. Jobs • 2014 Career Fair Statistics • Catapult program pushes students to career fair opportunities. • Record participation in career fairs • College has good placement statistics with nearly 100% placement in Financial Services, Operations Management, and Business Education.
