  5. Zip Code Analysis ERCOT performed analysis on the current set of Zip Codes in their system, and compared it to the United States Postal Service to validate accuracy. Through this effort, ERCOT discovered variations between the two sources and is undergoing discussions with the TDSPs to determine the appropriate reconciliation efforts needed to align Zip Codes between ERCOT, USPS and the TDSPs. Discussions will also include whether reconciliation efforts need to be a one-time effort or with a regular, on-going cadence.

  6. Protocol Compliance Reporting PWG will evaluate language to add into Protocols which will give ERCOT clear direction for reporting compliance & non-compliance data submittal requirements defined in Protocols. Reporting would include requirements such as Annual Validation & Weather Sensitivity Responsiveness. Other reporting will be considered as part of the broader discussion.
