  2. Visibility of Distributed Generation for BUSIDRRQ GOAL is for ERCOT to gain visibility into the BUSIDRRQ profiled ESIs with unregistered DG including those that self serve… • Identify the population • Report DG capacity • Include (negative) generation into settlement

Visibility of Distributed Generation for BUSIDRRQ • First Steps… • Defining the population by leveraging existing reports submitted by TDSPs to ERCOT … LPG – Decision Tree, DG tab • For existing ESIs… • ERCOT to provide a list of respective BUSIDRRQ ESIs to each TDSP noting any associated Resource IDs (RIDs) • TDSPs will determine if an existing Interconnection Agreement (IA) exists • For those with IAs, TDSPs will note DG and provide any known capacities

  7. Default Profiles – RES & BUS • BUSINESS ESIs currently default to BUSMED profile Is BUSLO more appropriate for the default profile? • RESIDENTIAL ESIs current default profiles based on weather zone Current distribution will be reviewed.

Annual Validation Proposed Process Revisions • Joint TDSP proposal for streamlining AV process… • Business ESIs reviewed annually • Residential ESIs reviewed every 3 years • (all TDSPs to process same year) Market Participants, including ERCOT, are asked to review the proposal to determine if changes will impact any business processes such as forecasting, procurement, pricing/quoting, etc. before an LPGRR is drafted.
