OUTCOME AREA 2: Partnership Building & Institutional Mechanisms Strengthening Component Goal Progress towards result 46 Peace and Development Task Forces (PDTFs) and other support mechanisms formed and strengthened Build partnerships and strengthen institutional mechanisms of government sustained peace-building and development in Mindanao Peace and development issues brought up to provincial level (e.g. Balik-katan Peace movement, Info-caravan, Peace summits, PDA league peace campaign) Planned Result Capacity of key institutions and institutional mechanisms of governance for sustained peace- building and development in Mindanao strengthened 112 PDC plans integrated in the Municipal Development Plan 8 Provincial Development Plan
