  1. WELCOME TO... INTERNATIONAL CYBER UNIVERSITY FOR HEALTH (ICUH) APACPH & ICUH ONLINE EDUCATION APACPH(Asia-Pacific Academic Consortium for Public Health) is a voluntary non-profit international organization, made up of fifty member Institutions and Universities in Asia Pacific Region. It includes the Leading Schools of Public Health, Medicine as well as National Institutes of Health from 17 countries. APACPH goals are to meet the health information needs of the public in key areas of relevancy and urgency and to upgrade the competence of professionals and all allied health workers. Yonsei University, with more than decades of experience in healthcare education, has been appointed by APACPH who recognizes the needs for continuing education, to accomplishing the goals by making quality class online education called ICUH (International Cyber University for Health). ICUH is established to help students prepare to meet the challenge with opportunities to continue their educations and advance their careers without disrupting their current lifestyles and schedules. ICHU is always available and affordable to anyone with a passion for learning to make their career aspirations come true. You can take the courses from ICUH either for credit or non-credit. Benefits for credit students are: course materials are presented in multi-media format through the YSCEC (Yonsei Cyber Education Center) system, assignments and exams are provided, feedback from lecturers are provided, and credits earned will be accounted to the degree program in the future. But there will be $100 fee for credit students and only 200 students will be accepted for registration. On the other hand, non-credit students can access course materials from the ICUH website (http://icuh.yonei.ac.kr). For those who use modem, course materials will be provided in power point format without multi-media option. There will be no fee.
