Purpose of each Working Group Code of Conduct: Maintains ISPA's Code of Conduct and complaints processes Events: Develops and executes ISPA events, including iWeek Fair Competition: Ensures that ISPA makes optimal use of all available channels to promote fair competition in the Internet access market Finance: Develops and manages the ISPA budgets INX: Manages the Johannesburg Internet exchange (JINX) and related issues Lobbying: Furthers the interests of ISPA members within ICASA, DOC and others Membership: Maintains and grows ISPA's membership and keep members informed of ISPA activities Operator Liaison: Engages with Telkom and the operators to further member’s interests Partnerships: Forges and maintains partnerships with other organisations Public Relations: Manages ISPA's presence in the media Reg Submissions: Ensures that ISPA provides relevant input into legislative and regulatory processes Teachers Training: Provides computer and Internet training to teachers www.ispa.org.za
