Thestudyfoundthatbothgroupsbenefitedfromlight exposure.However,thoseexposedtogreenlighthad significantlymoresignificantbenefits.Thoughwhitelight alsoreducedthenumberofheadachedays,thebenefit fromgreenlightwasmassive.Greenlightreduced headachedaysbymorethanhalf.Also,thoseexposedto green light felt muchbetter and reported improvement in theirqualityoflife,lessanxiety,andlessstress.
