  2. Miscellaneous Reminders • Campus User Group/Security Rights • Homebound vs. Part-Time Enrollments • On-Line Learning

  3. Campus User Rights • Update staff assignments and user rights • District Employment tab • District Assignment tab • User Rights • Verify correct user rights and calendar rights are assigned to new and returning staff • Remove user id’s for terminated staff

Homebound vs. Part-Time Enrollments • To be eligible for Homebound status, student must have a medical note on file. • Expelled students receiving instruction at home should NOT be marked as Homebound. They should be enrolled as Part-time. • Students with an IEP indicating they should be homebound are NOT automatically considered Homebound. They must also have a medical note on file.

  5. On-Line Learning • Full-time On-line Learning • Student “open enrolls” to OLL district • Full-time On-line Learning • Student remains enrolled in District 728 and plans to graduate here, test here, etc. but does not take any classes here • Part-time On-line Learning • Student takes some classes here and up to 50% of classes at an OLL district

  6. On-Line Learning • On-line Learning students must be reported correctly as it could impact our state funding • Counselors, Counseling Secretaries, and the MARSS Coordinator must communicate through this entire process • Please review OLL hand-out for detailed instructions
