At Golden level you still get Amaranth and Pearl commissions. At Diamond level you still get Pearl, Amaranth and Golden commissions. At Black Diamond level you get Pearl, Amaranth, Golden and Diamond commissions too.   21. HOW TO BUILD A SUCCESSFUL SALES TEAM • If you had 40 people wide • If all 40 did 1200 points each = 48000 group points • 48000 x 0.175 x (21% - 6%) 15% = £1260.00 • Lot of people to look after? The commission will vary depending on the number of points in each leg. The above commission is based on this example and every team member below you doing 1200 personal points. Excludes own personal points, but you would need to do at least 34.42 personal points to each commission.
