  3. 1. Executive Summary A one page summary of your business Purpose?So the reader can quickly understand your business, your product/service and your main achievements this year

  4. 2. Company Review Describes what has happened in your YES business since the start of the year. To show what your company achieved To show what the company directors have learnt

  5. Company Review Template 5 sections: Innovation Sustainability Marketing and Sales Human Resources Operations 2 parts to each section: Achievements Reflections

  6. Achievements What has the team managed to get done this year? For each section of the company review state what has happened against the goals you set at the beginning of the year.

  7. Reflection This is a YES business – its time to take stock! What have the teams main learning outcomes been?

  8. Innovation Refer to all areas of innovation in : • Your business practice • Company processes • Your product/service

  9. Sustainability Refer to achievements and reflections against any of your YES Company goals related to the following areas: economic environmental social cultural

  10. Marketing and Sales Target market? What was your marketing mix ? What was your pricing and why ? Did you have a promotions and publicity plan? How successful were your sales? Ultimately – what has happened?
