COE Leadership Retreat Summer 2013 proposed goals that align with The new UNC System Strategic Plan – Our Time, Our Future – http://www.northcarolina.edu/strategic_direction/Overview.htm.  • Planning Committee convened and are reading both Our Time, Our Future and the current COE Strategic Plan • COE Planning Committee will propose draft COE Strategic Plan with COE Leadership Input and COE faculty input • Next meeting planned for December 4th at 9 am • Draft completion date for approval by COE by Spring 2014 • Reporting on plan outcomes: Tentative – August 2014 Process so far:
