Accompany this drink with a breakfast that is high in fiber and low in sugar, and you'll soon start losing weight due to a high metabolism. Stay hydrated. This is an obvious tip - but you wouldn't believe the amount of people who don't drink enough water. Drink roughly 8 glasses of water a day and you'll eliminate any craving that you'd usually get. And of course, cravings lead to snacking on unhealthy foods... so eliminating cravings will certainly help you lose weight in the run-up to the summer months. Cut down on the milk.
