Case Presentation An 8 yr old girl presented to the E/R after suffering severe facial trauma & a sever closed-head injury that caused a displaced skull fracture with the subsequent development of a subdural hematoma. The girl underwent surgery for drainage of the hematoma & fixation of the facial fractures.
