What do you do when you know you will be absent. • You will be given a list of scorekeepers and from this list you need to make every effort to cover your league(s). • You will still need to have your league prepared to be worked and given to your substitute which will include: • Score sheets filled out • Who is playing who • Time • Home vs visitors • Schedule for the night • Voucher / Voucher Log • Line-up cards • Rosters • Notes upon the league that will needed to be known for the night. • Such as player suspension • make up games • Anything else that your teams must be aware of • Notify your site supervisor so they know who to call if there is a need to.

  8. Working a Non-complex field These fields are Harmony, Sunnyside, Redwood, & Midvale. Make sure you have the keys required because you are responsible for turning on and off the lights for the evening You are also responsible to have the bases picked up and put in the shed when the games are completed for the evening.
