DBS Member Master • 3 Categories of Inputs are extracted, which covers personal information including Corporate info, Date of Birth, Education and Blood group etc… • Spouse, Dependents and their signatures, personnel info along with their Photographs. • Member addresses (Both work and home) and Photograph along with signature. • For each members tracking for credit limits.

  16. DBS Help- Levels on Members Information Powerful Search Engine provided to fish out any of member inputs. (I.e)for example, search can be provided for any small piece of info like partial name or Address or Code or Company name etc.Ø Once the ambiguity is eliminated by fixing the right members from the given choices , we can get all correct inputs including the OUT-STANDINGbalance details.Ø Identity checks can be established by cross checking with the signatures of the members/ their dependents (in person), against the inputs stored in the system.Ø Control information across different categories on the entire Club, can be viewed and printed on finger tips by pressing a button.Ø Mini statement on balances can be availed for any members on the given period.

DBS Reminder & Termination Letters: • System automatically generates the caution notices (3 times by checking the outstanding balances against the Credit Limits) to the Members and these notices are sent through the administration dept with the intimation to the management. • During the last notice (4th notice), the system provides the details for the Management to decide the termination of the default members.

  18. DBS POINT OF SALES • Point Of Sales(POS) are the cost-centers or facilities provided to the members/guests.The POS can be created only by the Authorized computer user(Super-User) and its operations are customized for use.

  19. DBS Bill of Material The bill of material clearly represents the constituent of different raw materials along with specific quantities, unit of measure and rates for the salable item provided in the menu card. In some cases, it also includes the fixed overheads like cost of labor, opportunity cost on utensils, premises and variable cost like Salt and fry-oil (splashes of oil and ingredients to enhance the taste). Thus it may be possible to arrive at the approximate unit cost of each menu item using the stock items (raw materials, labor and other indirect cost).

  20. DBS Settlement Report • In this extensive report the entire sales of POS can be printed & the report can be time specific & this varies for Cash/Credit. • The report can be also Club Guest wise/party-wise/Room Service/Member-wise also it can be an unabridged version covering the entire sale.

  21. DBS Stock Ledger/Status Report Stock Ledger is to start with the Opening Balance of the relevant items and lists out all the transaction like receipts, issues and Adjustments after taking all transactions in to Account, Finally the closing Balance is arrived along with the values of the Current-Balance-Quantities. Stock Status Report reveals the current Balance quantity and the value of the Items for any given period. The formats of Stock Ledger/Status report are depicted in next slides The ROL-Report alerts, when the items follows below the specific Quantity, which may hamper the daily business. The ROL report (optional) format is also provided in next slides.

  22. DBS Accounts: • Apart from conventional Accounting, which confirms to standard norms and Government Policies/Rules Prevailing from time to time, Our Total Club Provides more Analytical reports to facilitate decisions by the Higher management. • The Product covers the conventional following Reports: • Trail Balance • P&L Account • Cost center wise P&L • Balance Sheet • Ageing Analysis • Budget Planning

  23. DBS Balance Sheet Balance Sheet : All the Assets and Liabilities, after the taking P&L appropriations are printed based on the standard balance sheet with sub-headings like Fixed Assets, Plant and Machineries,etc.,. Details of the Sub headings along with the account heads, are printed.
