  6. DURACION: 18 MESES. INICIO: MES DE AGOSTO DEL 2,004 EJECUTOR: COMITE EJECUTIVO DE LA CUSG. Y COMISION ESPECIFICA.

  7. CONTRIBUCION SOLICITADA: cuota extraordinaria de afiliados: 10 a 15% • APORTE PROPIO: 5 a 10% del aporte ordinario • FECHA DE PREPARACION: Febrero 2004

  8. ANTECEDENTES: • 55% Pobres = 50% pobreza extrema • 30% Ciudades. • 70% areas rurales • 230 areas marginales. • MAYORES/CIUDAD: Relleno Sanitario o Basurero de la Zona Tres. • Trabajo de niños y niñas.

  9. TRABAJO INFANTIL EN CONDICIONES PRECARIAS. • Recoleccion de desechos materiales, quimicos y otros. • Practicas Antihigienicas. • Clasificacion manual de Desperdicios • Tasas de estudio:bajo el 10% • De 8 niñas: 1 finaliza la primaria

  10. POBLACION BENEFICIARIA • TOTALIDAD DE NIÑOS DEL SECTOR DE TODAS LAS EDADES HASTA LOS 18 AÑOS.

  11. MARCO INSTITUCIONAL • COMITE EJECUTIVO DE LA CUSG. (COMISION ESPECIFICA). REQUISITOS: PERSONAS DE NOTORIO ARRAIGO Y HONRADEZ, ANTECEDENTES IMPECABLES, CAPACIDAD PARA EL DESARROLLO DEL TEMA.

  12. OBJETIVO DE DESARROLLO • Obligacion Social de la Cusg en la solucion de dicho problema. • Uno de los fines principales de la Organizacion. • Buscar el cumplimiento de los convenios 138 y 182 de la OIT

  13. OBJ. ESPECIFICOS • Organizar equipo de trabajo. • Registro de familias en sector • Evitar el trabajo infantil. • Recopilar informacion • Formacion, capacitacion y aplicacion de estrategias para solucionar el trabajo infantil. • Recomendaciones • Crear areas de estudio fuera del sector.

  14. ACTIV IDADES • PARTICIPACION: Municipalidad, entidades a asistencia social, fundaciones, asociaciones, INE, familias, empresas privadas. • TRABAJO: identificacion, analisis, estudio, censos, programas de estudio, entrevistas, rehabilitacion, docencia, capacitacion, y formacion.

  15. EVALUACION: • CUSG – ASAMBLEA GENERAL. • INFORME TRIMESTRAL. • INFORME FINAL- EVALUACION FINAL. SATISFACTORIO.

  16. PRESUPUESTO • PERSONAL $ 15,000.00 • INFRAESTRUC. $ 25,000.00 • Trans.Encuest. $ 15,000.00 • Eq. de trabajo $ 20,000.00 • Gastos Var. $ 10,000.00 TOTAL: $ 85,000.00

  17. FUENTES DE FINANCIAMIENTO • NACIONALES: Comisiones especiales, entidades publicas, Comision de la UGT • INTERNACIONALES: OIT, ONU, organizacion de DDHH., que velan por el cuidado infantil a nivel internacional.
