What Is Proteopedia? • “The free, collaborative 3D-encyclopedia of proteins & other molecules” • A Proteopedia article explains a molecule or protein’s structure, function and its significance • There is a 3D interactive display that uses the same (or revised) Jmol code as a physical model • Green scenes put focus on model highlights

  3. Why Use Proteopedia? • Brings your work to the public • Already built the model and created the poster • User friendly Wiki-style coding • Second chance to modify the model • Publication • Web publishing • BAMBED submission
