  4. How to access a session on Connect? There are three different roles: • Host – Enter with a username and password • Participant – enter the room as a guest • Presenter – can be promoted from a participant; or down graded from a host

  5. Log in to the virtual room • You have been invited by email • Log in as a guest with your name

  9. How to change roles? • Meeting – change my role • Curser cover the name and choose option on the left • Drag the name • Attendees – pod options – change roles • Participants cannot promote themselves
