Primer Encuentro Internacional MLO – Instaurare omnia in Christo Del 9 al 12 de octubre de 1997, se realizó el primer Encuentro Internacional del MLO que dió dinamismo y creatividad al Movimiento. Ese evento, animado por un especial mensaje del Papa Juan Pablo II, puede considerarse como el nacimiento oficial del Movimiento.
