  11. Businesses to be included in Sales Funnel Report • Point-to-point leased line, MPLS VPN, VPNoBB, Internet leased line etc. booked by SSA. • Mobile CUG connections (both Prepaid and Postpaid). • ISDN PRI, EPABX etc. • Bulk connections (EVDO, NIC, Landline, Broadband, 2G or 3G Data Card etc.). Minimum booking at a time should not be less that 8 nos. to be included in Sales Funnel Report. • Retained Customers of above services, whose current year business was not counted in last year’s funnel. Value of Purchase Order received in Sales Funnel Report for such businesses may be any one of the following: • The amount calculated for one year. For eg. Mobile CUG, Leased line, MPLS-VPN etc. • In case an agreement or written commitment exists for availing the service for more than one year, then the amount calculated for the committed period.

  12. Customized tariff plan as per business requirement of the Enterprise Customer • Prerequisites: Information about the customer like number of connections for landline/Broadband/PRI/Mobile CUG, data circuits, current vendors, total telecom spent, billing details etc. • First offer discount on existing tariff of our services. It is easier to implement/configure such tariff in billing system. For eg. additional talktime (in Rs.) in postpaid mobile plan-525 or 20% discount on base tariff of ISDN PRI fixed monthly charges. • If above does not suit the customer needs then an entirely new tariff may be offered. • Rates/tariff offered to the customer by other operators. Document(s) are required for matching of tariff. • Details of Key contact person of the EB customer. • For Customised Plan in CDR, the feasibility of Plan is required from ITPC Pune, before sending to HQ or offering to the customers.   18. New Projects in Pipeline The Circle Office has won the Tender for MPLS connectivity for Hospitals across Rajasthan. The Circle Office has participated in the Tender for CUG and other Communication requirements of Police Deptt and the order is awaited in the near future. The Circle Office has received the order for MPLS connectivity to M/s ICICI Bank and M/s MarwarAnchlik Bank. The feasibility for CCTNS Project of Police Deptt to connect all Police Offices, has been asked from field units. The Circle Office is in negotiation with M/s RSRTC for connectivity/ BB-VPN across Rajasthan for their e-ticket project. The order for connectivity for RajSWAN project is expected very soon. The SSAs may ensure feasibility. Connectivity for JawaharNavodayaVidhyalayas, as instructed by Transmission Cell, may be expedited.

  19. Complaints • Following Adarsh Cooperative Society branches having problems in BB VPN connections like speed, not-working, connectivity, fluctuation: • Ahore 2. Udaipur II & III 3. Sirohi 4. Pratapgarh 5. Nathdwara 6. Jaipur/ Jhotwara 7. Beawer 8. Ajmer • Bundi 10. Jalore • Following RTO/DTO Offices are having problems in BB-VPN connections like speed, not-working, connectivity, fluctuation: Kotputli (JP) DungarpurDholpur Jalore & SirohiJhunjhunu Jodhpur NagaurPaliSikar • The BB-VPN connections and I/T connections (ProjTarang) are frequently disconnected by the SSAs. • Adjustment of advance yearly payment of Hon’ble Judges Residence & Office BB connections in billing system.
