The PGL Code of Practice describes all safety and operational procedures both on and off-site including: sample risk assessments staff to pupil ratios staff vetting and training equipment specifications site security medical cover emergency procedures

FAQ’s What to take with you – pleaser refer to PGL’s kit list ( leaflet given or access on PGL website) Pocket money – £20 maximum Valuable items – best left at home Electrical appliances – must be safe Deodorants – roll-on only please Bedding- sleeping bag and pillow Contacting your child – leave mobile phones at home Please do not bring food products containing nuts due to nut allergies

  11. Departure Day Wednesday Morning Please arrive at normal time Bring luggage to Y4 veranda (1 case or bag per child ). Sleeping bag and pillow in a black bag with your child’s name on it. Bring a packed lunch (plastic bottles only) Send in any medication in a clear plastic bag with your child’s name on, stating the dosage required and when it is needed and a signature giving consent for us to administer the medication.
