  2. What is Well- being ? • Wellness refers to diverse and interconnected dimensions of physical, mental, and social well-being that extend beyond the traditional definition of health. It includes choices and activities aimed at achieving physical vitality, mental alacrity, social satisfaction, a sense of accomplishment, and personal fulfilment. There are different aspects of well-being that include the following: • Physical well-being. • Economic well-being. • Social well-being. • Development and activity. • Emotional well-being. • Psychological well-being. • Life satisfaction. • Domain specific satisfaction. • Engaging activities and work.

  3. The importance of a 360º approach • We believe that we cannot simply look at the well-being of the children who attend our school. We must look at how we can support not only the staff but also the parents. If we can successfully achieve this then our school community will become stronger and the outcomes for the children who attend will only get better and better.
