Native vein – loop configuration access in right forearm. blood flow. Stenosis in venous limb. Unable to fully dilate lesion @ 25 atm pressure. right brachial artery. severe stenosis of juxta-anastomotic vein. Most significant problem is diffuse stenosis of proximal arterial limb.
