  11. Çfar duhet te bejme? Strategji veprimi: Te percaktohen prioritetet per mbeshtetjen finaciare. Per mendimin tone, ne kushtet kur burimet jane te kufizuara, prioritet ne mbeshtetje duhet te jete industria agroperpunuese. Nxitja e specializimi duhet te jete nje politike, por, aktualisht paresore eshte nxitja e rajonizimit te prodhimit. Ritjen epjesmarrjes dhe kontrollit nga ana e prodhueseve e te gjitha hallkave te zinxhirit te vleres permes: nxitjen e strategjise se integrimit vertikal  nxitjes se organizimit dhe funksionit te kooperativave (SHBR-ve). ubt.edu.al bahri_musabelliu@yahoo.com 068 60 26 111

Çfar Rekomandojme? Mbeshtetjen me perparesi te grupeve te prodhueseve. • Kemi te gjitha argumentat te konkludojme se politika e mbeshtetjes se grupeve te prodhueseve, i kontribuon drejte persedrejti: • Rritjes se madhesise se sipermarrjeve bujqesore. • Konsolidimit te fermave. • Rajonizmit te prodhimit dhe futjen e veprimtarise se fermave ne rrugen e specializimit. • Nxjitjes dhe zhvillimit te alternatives kooperuese. • Rritjes se ofertes dhe te partneritetit te prodhueseve ne tergje. • Integrimit me te mire mes prodhuesve dhe perpunuesve, strategji e cila mundeson faktin qe ferma ta ndieje vehten e saj si pjese te ndermarrjes agroindustriale, dhe fermeri, si punetor te pjesshem te saj. • Rritjes se efiçiences se sistemit te agrobiznesit. • Rritjes se nivelit te perfitueshmerise te te gjithe aktoreve qe marrin pjese ne sistem. • Punesimit ne zonat rurale. ubt.edu.al bahri_musabelliu@yahoo.com 068 60 26 111
