Creation of a Groupware Supervision toggle key (UPK*) on the supervisor device OFF: Feature disabled ON: Supervisor monitors the calls of the user (s) associated to the GS key By default all direct, individual local and public calls including Agent calls can be monitored Audio notification via a tone: in Idle state two beeps played during the whole call notification otherwise one beep Visual notification GS key is blinking A temporary (5s) pop up window displays calling & called parties identity Multiple monitored calls are queued and presented in sequence During notification, pressing the GS key opens an applet which enables to answer the chosen monitored call (s) Select the queued call you wish to answer using the navigator right & left Pressing GS key GS key is blinking (*) UPK stands for User Programmable Key
