  4. Saturday Competition Feature Activity What? A description of the planned activity to engage the public during competition downtime at the show including staffing and content When? 31st August To? WSUK Account Manager

  5. Competition Interpretation What? Name of lead person and summary of activity. Could include things like test projects / marking guidance / entry criteria etc. When? 20th September. To? Jonas Ebhardt @ TSS

  6. Test Project and Marking Scheme What? The materials (drawing or instructions) that will be provided to competitors on the day of competition detailing the exact task and accompanying marking scheme When? 15th August To? WSUK Account Manager

  7. Timings of activity at the Skills Show What? A comprehensive outline of competition timings for your skills at the show including lunch times, marking time, familiarisation and expected time of results submission. When? Asap To? WSUK Account Manager

  8. Competitor profile builder What? A method of collecting up to date and accurate information from finalists including photos https://worldskillsuk.apprenticeships.org.uk/create-your-profile When? Sent out to competitors as part of joining instructions or maybe as the next step in keeping them warm in September? To? Competitors and registrants

  9. Information for 2014 What? Entry criteria and website text. When? 8th November. To? Account Manager

  10. Other • We’ll be collecting evaluation information from competitors once they finish competing at the show. Please be aware of this and help Fresh minds access the competitors. • Please make sure competitions are finished by 11am on Saturday to allow us enough time to quality assure competitions • Send us details of any pre-final training you are running so we can publicise the activity. • Please make sure the date of the 5th December is in your diary for the next TWG. • Make sure you are free at 4pm on the Wednesday to attend our briefing at TSS and collect your skill box in the Piazza suite
