  5. TYLER JUNIOR COLLEGE Apache athletics Internship Objectives • to become familiar with the day-to-day operations, both internal and external, within an intercollegiate athletic department. To initiate ideas and programs that will not only lead to this understanding but to also further enhance the athletic department. • Previous objectives, project inquiries, department involvement • “fan zone” event to promote community involvement • Student-athlete advisory committee • tracking system for basketball season ticket sales • Njcaa soccer tournament • Enhance marketing of apache athletics • Sponsorships, publicity, advertising, etc.

TYLER JUNIOR COLLEGE Apache athletics Other Activities • Facility Manager & Announcer for Volleyball & basketball games • Facility Setup & Ticket Seller for NJCAA National Soccer Tournament • Continually update and maintain basketball season ticket sales • Assist in gathering sponsorship opportunities for several hospitality rooms & events • Assist in gathering statistics to update NJCAA/TJC website • Day-to-Day operations ranging from the athletic department purchasing process to s.i.d. publications to event management preparations
