  3. Usability Defined The measurement of usability, defined in ISO 9241 as :- The effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction with which specified users, achieve specified goals in particular environments.

  6. Satisfaction Regressions Spearman correlation test showed a strong and significant negative correlation between the mean number of regressions and the mean satisfaction scores (rho = - 0.7, p< 0.05, N=12).

Pros and Cons of the Regression Metric • Pros • Used as a global measure independent of Areas of Interest • No frequency/duration dilemmas • Not subject to conscious influence in normal behaviour. • Not task dependant. • Cons • Yet to establish regression monitoring independent of qualitative Msurveys.
