Step 1: Choose Your STORServer Appliance • Choose a model based on your daily throughput. • Add fast disk to ingest data quickly • Add low-cost, high-capacity disk for low-cost storage. • Add tape for additional, even lower-cost storage and for off-site disaster recovery data. • Alternatively, eliminate tape and do Server-to-Server replication to another STORServer in your DR facility.
