ALIGN: Synergistic Platform for the Modernization and QA of APs • The goals and aims of the ALIGN project influenced the understanding of the importance of the introduction of European and National standards at TSNUK • The QA system at TSNUK is modernized on the basis of European policies, procedures and software tools being developed at the University

Modernization QA system in TSNUK From 30 June 2017: the list and description of APs, educational disciplines, information about quality of educational activities at the university are entered in the database of TRITON system information about academic APs is available for students and staff Analytical information about quality of education will represented in Ukrainian an English languages

The necessity of monitoring for the modernization of APs - the impact of the ALIGN Project The Scientificand Methodological Center of Organization Education Process TSNUK has developed for the 2017/2018 academic year new descriptions for BA’s and MA’s programmes, information packages, accompanying information, focused on the description of disciplines in terms of competences and LOs Increasing the role of sociological surveys as one of the key tools for evaluating the quality of teachers' work and educational process, the formation of evaluation culture among students (University policy, 2017)

Development of pedagogical skills and scientific activity of staff The ALIGN project promotes the professional growth of its scientific and pedagogical staff at TSNUK in order to train highly qualified specialists and integrate into the European educational area The ALIGN project became an example and a basis for the development of international contacts, trainings and new research projects among partnerUniversities

Student-centered APs: implemented change and progress On the basis of the competence approach, student-centred and LOs oriented APs were developed and implemented Since 2016, pilot programme “Social Informatics” has been transformed and is called “Business Informatics” , which for the first time is opened in Ukraine “Business Informatics” program has an international status. It corresponds to level 7 of the NQF and EQF ALIGN open the door for accreditation two pilot programmes in European Accreditation Agency

Best practice Master's AP “Social Informatics” is transformed into the International Master's AP “Business Informatics”, which for the first time is opened in Ukraine and is based on European educational standards A strategy for cooperation with employers and other stakeholders is being developed improve the quality of APs to organise the educational process effectively
