EBSCO 简介. EBSCO 是世界上最大的提供期刊、文献定购及出版服务的专业公司之一。 出版 60 多个电子文献数据库，包括近 3000 种期刊全文。包括自然科学、社会科学、人文和艺术等各类学术领域。 其中两个主要全文数据库是： Academic Search Elite Business Source Elite. Academic Search Elite. 收录有关社会科学、人文、综合性科学、教育等领域的 1,530 种全文期刊和近 2,720 种期刊的索引和文摘。全文最早回溯到 1990 年，索引和文摘最早回溯到 1984 年。数据每日更新。医学期刊 554 种.

  2. Academic Search Elite • 收录有关社会科学、人文、综合性科学、教育等领域的1,530种全文期刊和近2,720种期刊的索引和文摘。全文最早回溯到1990年，索引和文摘最早回溯到1984年。数据每日更新。医学期刊554种

  3. Business Source Elite • 收录1,050种期刊的全文和1,580种期刊的索引和文摘，较著名的有Business Week, Forbes, Harvard Business Review等，涉及的主题范围有商业、管理、经济学、金融、会计等。全文最早回溯至1990年。数据每日更新。

  4. 检索步骤和方法 • 进入系统 • 检索途径 • 常规检索： Basic Search、Advanced Search • 辅助检索： Subject Search、Publication Search • 结果处理（显示、保存、打印）

  5. 进入系统 • 进入复旦医科馆主页 • 点击“EBSCO”按钮 • 点击“http://search.global.epnet.com” • 点击“EBSCOhost Web” • 选择数据库，然后点击“Enter”按钮

  6. Basic Search • 在Find检索栏中输入检索词、词组、字段代码或检索运算式。 • 检索状态选择: • Standard; 可用逻辑算符 and,or,nor • all words; 逻辑关系为 and • any words; 逻辑关系为 or • exact phrase 精确词组匹配 • 在指定检索区:进一步限定或扩大检索结果

  8. Advanced search • 主题词浏览检索结果基础上，进一步限定检索词、年、出版物类型等 • 例: • Magnetic resonance imaging and brian • 1999-2002, peer reivew, periodical journal

  9. Expert Search • 输入区与Basic Search相同 • 限定区中没有Basic Search中的扩展检索，但其限定的部分是Basic Search和Guided Search的总和。

  13. 结果处理 • 全文显示 • Full Page Image: PDF格式，用Acrobet Reader浏览 • Full Text：html格式，字节少。无法浏览图表。 • XML Full Text：eXtensible Markup Language 可扩展标记语言 • 保存全文 • 先显示再保存: • PDF格式，用Acrobat Reader软件保存。 • Html格式，直接点击“save”按钮。 • 先标记再保存: 小方框内打钩，然后点击“save”按钮。 • E-mail，将检索结果以电子邮件的形式发送到信箱中。
