  1. back Let’s See What You Offer! • This part of the training is for LIVE one on one. Whether you are training someone else or with your own trainer, you need, occasionally, to spot check progress… Early on, this works, and can save time. • Don’t be alarmed, this is merely a pop quiz, telling us how you have progressed, either in training, or through your association with our Readers…

  2. Let’s See What You Offer! • If you are sufficiently experienced in some of the basic areas of the PEAC SYSTEM, we can save time by jumping over that portion. • Start out telling me about the ERL. Just as you might to a Manager…

  3. Let’s See What You Offer! • We will review the ERL again. You will have more added as we go along. Let’s look at the next section. • With the graph below, give the BASIC SELF report to me, as you would to a manager. Expect questions to test your strengths! • I am looking for enough detail to make sense, a pattern easily repeated, and your personality overlay.

  4. Let’s See What You Offer! • As you do more of these, and begin to add in more stories, you will quickly become more comfortable and proficient. Let’s look at the next important section. • With the graph below, try explaining the ZONES for the basic self to me, as you would to a manager. Expect questions to test your strengths. PROFILE ACPNE 42004

  5. Let’s See What You Offer! • Whatever your current level, time and practice will help. Let’s look at the next important section. • Using that same report, explain the importance of the major Pair Traits for the basic self to me, as you would to a manager. Expect questions to test your strengths. • I am looking for enough detail to make sense, a pattern easily repeated, and your personality overlay.

  6. Let’s See What You Offer! • So far, so good… right? Of course, as you get more experience in the myriad styles, you will develop a stronger style and sound the expert, as you should. • So how about a discussion on the Façade? Profile: CPANE 32103 Stress: AECNP 30003

  7. back Let’s See What You Offer! • You have retained some of the strong points, and this is great. Again, saves time! • With the graphs below, demonstrate what you know about Drive and Ambition and how they differ. Expect questions to test your strengths. • I am looking for enough detail to make sense, a pattern easily repeated, and your personality overlay.

  8. back Let’s See What You Offer! • Now that we have an idea of your strengths in the PEAC SYSTEM reads, we can tailor your training and perhaps, save some time. • Don’t be alarmed if you struggled with this, even a little bit. Many Clients have reads for years and never seem to ‘get it.’ Others figure it out pretty quickly, and can become pretty independent from us. • But remember, you have to talk to them every so often, regardless, otherwise, some competitor will! So, for now, back to the Intro Section!
