In line with the objectives set, we establish and select the applicable distribution channels. Possible staffing including training needs are considered and retail outlet locations are identified if so required. • Implementation. Distribution channels are activated. Hiring and training of possible resources. Retail outlets if applicable are established. • Development. We can assist in managing resources and maintaining / developing distribution channels locally and cross-state.
