The Digital World of TV We proudly present the latest and by far the most cost effective TV Distribution concept for medium to large vessels.concept60 This solution is the result of designing a system that is 100% based upon the customers demand today and in the future. Instead of making the product complex and expensive we have choosed to go the opposite way and use very few components and the DVB-T standard, because this is by far the most common standard. To invent something that is very simple can sometimes be a great challenge. We truly belive in a complete, yet simple solution without extra fuzz. All components are already tested and programmed before installation. Theconcept60is assembled with a minimum of components. All You need is a TV-set with a built in terrestial digibox or a separate DVB-T box. The simplicity in theconcept60is the key to it’s success. Even if the ship already is equipped with a Sat antenna or older TV’s the system can easilly be configured at minimal extra cost. The payback time is outstanding. The concept has been developed in close cooperation with Canal Digital Finland.

3. Benefits You can now, thank’s to concept60 receive DIGI-TV all over the ship. This system is future-proof because of the standard DVB-T. Even with Hotel TV, IP-TV, running through CAT cables, coaxial networks will still live for many years to come. The digital signal also does not put such a heavy load on the network as analog TV, meaning it can tolerate more stress and there is less need for updates of the network. You will find the channels very easily in MUX groups. Camera, Moving Map, Radar picture or local INFO-channels with local radio, music or weather-info with superb quality can be added to concept60 at a reasonable price. Money aspect: By using the special agreement with Canal Digital the equipment will use only ONE SMART CARD per 6 channels and the cost will be very low compared to many boxes with one card per set-top box. concept60 will produce less technical problems and is by far the most cost effective way to distribute digital TV onboard in the future. Good and even quality of picture, Future proof, Low service costs. Possibility to easily include HD-channels for Pub or Cantin or Cinema’s with HD Projector for Big Screen.
