  3. Habitat and diet • Consumes on eucalyptus leaves, mistletoe and 12 different kinds of bark . • They also prefer to live in forests and low wood lands

  4. Why is my animal endangered people keep cutting down the trees where koalas live People hunt them for their fur

  5. What can be done to save my animal • People can recycle so people don’t have to cut down the trees • Cars should stop when they see an animal crossing the road

  6. Fun facts • Koalas survive on their own after sitting in their moms pouch for seven months • They sleep for sixteen hours
