  2. Aims • Understand that there are different kind of learners. • How we use concepts to construct meaning.

  3. What do learner’s do when they construct meaning/develop understanding? • What helps learner’s construct meaning? • What hinders learners as they construct meaning?

  4. View the role of WSL through 2 Key concepts below: • Form: What is it like? • Function: How does it work? • Causation: Why is it like it is? • Change: How is it changing? • Connection: How is it connected to other things? • Perspective: What are the points of view? • Responsibility: What is our responsibility? • Reflection: How do we know?

  5. Share the various connections you made . • Create a visual/poem/graphic organizer etc. to represent an Ideal WSL.

  6. Action Plan • Revisit your personal SCOT analysis and identify what concept you can use to set personal goals for yourself to take you closer to being an Ideal WSL.
