  3. How do we measure it? Databases • CLOUDS (Comprehensive Listing Of University Digital Subscriptions) • Developed by Andrew Wiles in 2008 • Shows number of clickthroughsfrom our e-resources A to Z page • Does not show access via other routes

  4. How do we measure it? E-journals • STARS (SUSHI Tracking and Recording System) • Imports usage stats from SUSHI-enabled providers • For non-SUSHI providers, get their COUNTER reports and add them manually

  5. … and then along came JUSP!

  6. How do we use JUSP? • Not as well as we could! • Mostly use ‘JR1 including gateways and host intermediaries’ • Each month we get usage stats for the publishers of our main NESLi2 deals • Are we getting value for money?
