2. What’s Included: • “Interventions Completed” report renamed • The “Interventions Completed report has been renamed to “All Interventions.” There is now a second report named “Completed Interventions” which only lists the interventions that have actually been completed on the client.

What’s Included Continued: • Form-Style “Aide Supervision” report and changes to the Supervisions section of the Episodes tab • Assigned employee has been changed to Supervised employee. • Supervision discipline has been changed to Supervised discipline. • PT Aide is a new option in the Supervised discipline dropdown list. • Four more Visit outcome options have been added.

5. What’s Included Continued: We have also added the ability to print a form-style “Supervision” report. After you have created the Supervision, just click the pdf icon to run the report.

7. What’s Included Continued: • Allow selection of inactive vaccine if user is adding a historical vaccine • When adding historical vaccines, the Vaccine dropdown list now displays “Active” and “Inactive” sections whereas previously we only displayed active vaccines.

What’s Included Continued: • Screen now available to report on receipts • In the last release, the new Receipt option was introduced for private pay services. • All of the fields that are on the receipt are now available using the Receipt Info screen. These fields are in the Ledgers fields, in the Ledger and Receipt sections. • Release notes show the receipt fields from the service, the corresponding report fields, and also where these fields come from in the different NN tabs and screens.

11. What’s Included Continued: • Changes to Episodes tab for Hospice and Health Maintenance programs • Episode date ranges can now be 60, 90 or 180 days. • The label of the 485 now reads Plan of Care / 485 • Users can now add more than one 485 per episode

What’s Included Continued: • Instructions added to Physician field in Plan of Care / 485 • For a physician to appear in the Physician dropdown field in the 485, the physician’s address and work phone must be added to the Setup  Physicians screen. It has always been this way. • To make it easier to remember, we’ve now added an information bubble next to the Physician dropdown list that explains what is needed.

13. What’s Included Continued: • Improvements to Private Pay statements • Starting with this release, when you create a batch of private pay statements, each statement will be contained in its own PDF, with separate statement numbers. • After creating a batch, you will see this new message:

14. What’s Included Continued: • On the Generated tab, each statement will be listed separately, but you can see that they are all part of the same batch, by the Created date and time.

15. What’s Included Continued: • New Statements tab • There is a new tab at the same level as Current and History, under Batches. This tab allows you to search for statements in either the Current or History tabs. The default view is to show the most recently created statements first.

16. What’s Included Continued: • OASIS Submission History date order reversed • The date order of the OASIS Submission History section on the Billing  OASIS tab used to show the oldest batches at the top. This has now been reversed to show the most recent batches at the top.
