Basic Norms in Pilot Plants----Dresses着装 • Remove jewelry from hands or arms (necklace, rings, watches, etc) before entering Pilot Plants. 不可佩戴首饰（项链、戒指、手表等。） • A badge holder must either be the clip type. The necklace style badge holder that extends beyond the chin when leaning forward is NOT allowed. 使用夹戴式的胸卡夹，不要使用挂在脖子上的。 • Dresses or shorts are unacceptable for working in the PRL area.不能穿裙子或短裤。 • Hair should be contained above the shoulder and close to the head.头发需固定在肩部以上。

Basic Norms in Pilot Plants----Basic PPE基本防护 • Wear Safety Shoes.安全鞋 • Wear Safety Glasses with side shields . 带侧面防护的安全眼镜。 • Wear work clothes.工作服。 • WhicNeedwear PPE base on the requirements on the signs before into the pilot plant room. 在进入实验工厂的房间工作前要按照标牌上的PPE要求穿着PPE。 His marked as red as the basic the PPE(Must wear), marked as yellow for the work required to wear PPE. 其中标记为红色的为基本PPE（必戴），标记为黄色的为工作中按要求佩戴PPE。

Basic Norms in Pilot Plants----Walking行走 • PPE Free Way—YELLOW GROUND. 黄色地面的是不需要佩戴防护设备的安全通道。（叉车不可以在安全通道行驶） • Walk through passenger pathway, not fork lifter pathway. 走行人通道，而不是叉车通道。 • Use handrail while using the staircase上下楼梯时使用扶手。 • Stop at Junctions & blind turns & look in all directions before crossing a vehicular lane通过车辆通道时，停在路口观察各个方向，确保安全再通过。 • 在试验工厂不要跑。

Basic Norms in Pilot Plants----Good Housekeeping 清洁 • Keep all floors clear and free of slip / trip hazards. 保持地面清洁无障碍物。 • Clean up all non-hazardous spills quickly. 迅速清理无害溢撒或泄漏。 • Call 3399 for assistance in cleaning a hazardous spill. 拨打3399清理危险性泄漏。 • Tool boxes and storage cabinet drawers should be closed when not in use. 工具箱及抽屉不用时要关门。 • Do not block electrical panels when storing!不要挡住接线板。

Basic Norms in Pilot Plants---- Policy for Working Alone单独工作政策 • During Normal Work Hours: If you plan to work in a high risk area by yourself during the normal work day, notify a co-worker, tell them where you will be and how long you will be in the area. If you want them to check on you at regular intervals, it is your responsibility to make sure this is carried through.正常工作时间:若你要做高风险的工作，通知同事告知你将在哪里工作多长时间，需要的话请同事一定时间去看你一次。 • After hours: Always have 2 people working in a lab/pilot plant after hours. 非正常工作时间: 必需有至少两人一起在实验室或实验工厂工作。

Basic Norms in Pilot Plants ---- Visitors访客 • Touring visitors may be permitted in the Pilot Plant area when escorted by a PP safety trained sponsor but are not allowed to approach the equipment. 参观的访客必需有接受过安全培训的人陪伴，不得接触仪器设备。 • Touring visitors are required to wear appropriate PPE and follow relevant SP.参观的访客必需佩戴相关PPE并遵守安全规程。

Hearing Conservation ---- 听力保护 • Hearing conservation is to protect the people exposed in noisy working environment. 保护在噪音环境下工作员工的听力。 • P&G’snoise occupational exposure guideline is (100% of allowable noise dose)宝洁标准： • 85 dBA for 8 hour exposure 8小时85分贝 • 82 dBA for 12 hour exposure 12小时82分贝

Hearing Conservation ---- 听力保护 • So far, there is no single operation point that exceeds the P&G noise OEG in BJIC. 目前，BJIC没有噪音超标点。 • Ear plug/Ear Muff is provided at the entrance to the pilot plant and required to be worn wherever 85 dBA or above. 实验工厂入口处配有耳塞、耳罩，要求85分贝即佩戴。 • If over 105 dBA, must wear both MUFFS and PLUGS.若超过105分，要同时佩戴耳塞和耳罩。 • For ear muff and reusable ear plug, need to keep clean and checkbefore use.保持清洁，使用前需检查。

  12. 1 Make sure hands and earplugs are clean. 双手和耳塞需清洁。2 Roll plug between thumb and forefinger until compressed. 用食指和拇指揉耳塞至压缩。3 With opposite hand, reach over head and pull outer ear up and back .另一只手从头后方拉耳阔。4 Insert plug into ear 塞入耳塞5 Switch hands and insert the other plug into the opposite ear in the same manner. 换手戴另一侧。 7.
