  10. 2013 Military Librarians WorkshopMany of the Librarians believe the completed paperwork constitutes payments. A number of payments require DFAS to complete the iPAC, or DFAS to accept the iPAC. In many cases, this is not being done. We have started providing information to a number of members, and to a number of them it is surprising that the actual payment has not occurred. I would recommend as a process of their normal annual closeout, they contact the Membership Services Group and ensure payment has been made.
