GENEL DEĞERLENDİRME : ÇAĞDAŞ BİR YAKLAŞIM • "GELECEĞE" dönük, "SÜRDÜRÜLEBİLİR" bir plan • Sadece "YAPIM" sürecini değil, "KULLANIM" ve " DÖNÜŞÜM" süreçlerini de göz önünde bulundurmuş • "BİNA-YAPI" dan ziyade "YAPILI ÇEVRE" kavramı ön planda • "MALİYET" den ziyade "KALİTE" bakış açısı • "İNOVASYON" la farklılaşma ve "REKABET ÜSTÜNLÜĞÜ" hedeflenmiş • YAPILABİLECEK EKLEMELER: • Müteahhit, geliştirici, yatırımcı KAVRAMLARININ ayrıştırılması • «YOI» bakış açısı eklenmesi • UZMANLIK - AYRIŞMA bakış açısının vurgulanması • Sürdürülebilir yeni şehirlerin (yerleşimlerin) ve MAKRO ALTYAPI yatırımlarının, MARKA şehirlerin planlanması
